Digital Products:

Digital Letters of Authenticity and Digital Books:

• Non-Refundable: All digital products, including the Digital Letter of Authenticity and digital versions of our books, are non-refundable once the order has been placed and the digital file has been delivered. This is because the product is considered used upon delivery and cannot be returned.

Physical Products:

Printed Letters of Authenticity, Framed Letters, Merchandise (mugs, T-shirts, etc.):

• Non-Refundable Once Submitted: Once you submit an order for any of our personalized physical products, including Printed Letters of Authenticity, Framed Letters, and any merchandise, it is considered final and non-refundable. This is because these products are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• Replacement Policy: If you receive a physical product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. To process your replacement, we require a photo of the damaged or defective item.
